Payment

A deposit of one nights accommodation is required at time of booking with the balance of payment due two weeks before arrival.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Cash.
Credit cards are processed through a secured site and a receipt is generated automatically and emailed to guests

Booking Conditions

2 night minimum stays (Surcharge of $50 for 1 night)
3 night minimum stays Long weekends $365/night for full villa
4 night minimum stays Easter weekend $365/night for full villa
2009 Christmas school holidays $350/night for full villa
2010 Christmas school holidays $365/night for full villa
Folder beds are available for additional guests for an additional cost of $20 per night
Infants under 12 months stay free of charge. Complimentary cot & highchair available
All bedding and linen provided. Fresh towels supplied every 3 to 4 days and fresh sheets supplied weekly for longer stay

Internet Rates

$3 per day (100MB download/day)
$10 per 4 days (250MB download/day)
$15 per week (500MB download/day)

Cancellation Policy

Full refund less $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to check-in.
50% of deposit refunded for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to check-in unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less $50 cancellation fee is issued.
For credit card payment cancellations, a 3.5% processing charge applies for credit card payments.
All cancellations receive a $50 voucher which entitles the client to a $50 discount should they re-book accommodation at Albany Bayside Ocean Villas within a 12 month period.
